The images that seem to bear "traces" of impressionism and expressionism subdue and incorporate them in a personal style, producing a modern result. And as in Ovidian's "Metamorphoses", where one myth is in a way related to another, here too you might feel at times that one image derives from the other. And not so much through the themes, but through the "flow" of line and a "momentum" of colors, that create the feeling of a diffusible substance that ingrains the entire project.
